Rose Cardew Bradley was the younger sister of my great grandfather Everard Gilbert Bradley. She was born in 1867 in Dunstall in Staffordshire, the village where her father was vicar.

She married Rowland Hirst Barran at the church of St Edmund King & Martyr in Dudley in Worcestershire in 1887. They had four children.
