Gertrude Nancy Bradley, the older sister of my great grandfather Everard Gilbert Bradley, was born in 1859 in Nether Whitacre in Warwickshire, the village where her father Gilbert was curate.

In 1881/82 she emigrated to the USA where she married Reverend Herbert Noel Cunningham in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1882. They first settled in Iowa and later lived in Massachusetts and Connecticut. They had four children.
